Copacabana Catering unites the experience and skills of the Chef Francisco Carvalho with the mission of delivering a piece of art in each plate.

Chef Francisco Carvalho has a degree in Turism and Business Administration with specialization in Food and Beverages from the Potiguar University in Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil).


Additionally, the chef has a culinary degree in the internationally recognized Art Institute of Washington (U.S.)


Bottom line, Chef Francisco Carvalho combines the specialized theory to the experience performed for many years in the field.
